Title: Vindaloo Recipe Request??

We are moving next week (ARGH) and have some friends coming this weekend to help us sort out the garage (yes its that bad) and I've promised them my famous TMX vindaloo.  Only I can't find my TMX Indian Cookbook.  If anyone has this and wouldn't mind sending me the recipe I'd be really grateful.  If it needs the Tikka paste I'll need the recipe for that too .......  :-))

I'm very, very grateful and when we've got settled I promise I'll be much more active on the forum again xxxxx

There is no Tikka Paste mentioned in it but I'll send it anyway.  ;)

Glad you got it Nik - saw this last night just before going to bed and was going to PM you today but thankfully Nay-nay has saved me the bother.   Thanks Nay-nay ;)

Good luck with your house move Nik,come back soon and tell us how it all went.Let's hope this beautiful weather keeps up for the next few days so at least it will dry on your move day. :)

Thank you it went well and stayed dry.  I have mountains of unpacking to do and the move has left me shattered.  Being exhausted is probably to be expected but I haven't moved in 12 years so I'd forgotten ....  :-))

One or two friends have gone well beyond the call of duty and been fantastic.  We had a friend over this weekend helping dh sort out the garage - his parting words were "is there anything else you want me to do before I go ...."

Fantastic.  Better make him a load of TMX vindaloo for his freezer  ;D
