Does anyone have this book and have an opinion about it?

I got traveling with thermomix recently and was very disappointed.  Sold it on ebay.

I'm tired of seeing recipes with special ingredients you will never use again or are very expensive.

Give me every day meals with ingredients most people will have

That's great news Judy. What a relief for you.

I had to share my leftovers with a very fussy DH that doesn't like to taste anything different and even he liked it.

OMG  I can't believe I've never made this before.  It is absolutely delish !

Followed the recipe exactly.  Already looking forward to left overs tomorrow.

If anyone hasn't made this, just do it.  It's healthy but doesn't taste like it 😝

Kimmy you're terrible - I actually considered the spoon idea.

Great ideas everyone.

I made hot chocolate very nice.  Would never have thought of that.  I have to work today so I'm taking the rest in with marshmallows and going to make the girls hot chocolates 😊☺️

I need to use up left over chocolate sauce from the EDC

I made profiteroles but the sauce recipe made way too much.

What else can I do with it?

I thought I would start a thread on using up excess ingredients.

At some point we have an excess of a staple with a use by date, fresh produce that seems to ripen all at once or just left overs that need to be used up.

As I live on the land, I can't just nick up the shop and I don't like wastage so I'm going old school like my Grandma would have done back in her day (well trying to anyway)

I bought it, it's been used but I'm very happy with what I've got.

Lovely seller.  It is 2 years old but very clean and well looked after.

That would be a great tool.  I spend most of my available cooking time searching the web for recipes. End up wasting most of my time and getting totally confused.

Thanks ladies.

Good advice.  Yes one owner, has the original docket. Has green seals but I'm ok with that.  The service number tells you the age.  First two digits is the year of manufacture. Next two digits is the week of the year. Last four digits is the number in the run.

I know this is an old thread but I was searching for an answer to my question.

I'm going to buy a secondhand Tm31. I want a second machine and I'm happy with the tm31 but don't want the new t5

How do I identify an australian model and how do I make sure it's not an overseas model?

I made this during the week.  Really yummy.  Not too rich.  The only change I made was that I added a just a little espresso to the top layer as well.

My bottom layer set within 2 hours and the top took a little longer but was all done on the day it was served.

Definitely a keeper recipe.
