Made this last night and loved it apart from I felt that the olives dominated the dish.  Next time I will half the amount.

I've been using this brush.  It gets easily into the edges and due to its shape can get under the blades too.  Unfortunately UK only but I'm sure you can all find similar.

I've tried milling tapioca to make tapioca starch and even after 90 seconds it was still gritty.  Any suggestions of what I might be doing wrong?

The TMX seemed to struggle converting tapioca into tapioca starch. Still was very gritty even after 90 seconds of grinding it

Just wondering if anyone has tried making Chipas (Argentinean Cheese Bread) in the TMX. I have a couple of recipes to try that I'll try and post the results but wondered if anyone has had any first hand experience.
