Hello Gillyanne, nice to see you join us. I have been through all my books and there is no specific recipe for plum chutney but there is one on this forum for Spicy Pear Chutney which you may be able to adapt http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=651.0.  I googled plum chutney and there are heaps to choose from so perhaps you can compare their ingredients & use Caroline's method to end up with the chutney you are looking for.

Welcome to the forum Gillyanne. I take it you have an abundance of plums at the moment.
