Hello LZB, welcome to the forum.  Congratulations on completing your training, you sound as if you are raring to go and I wish you all the best.

I'll leave it up to others as to the fun part of your demos, I know all I wanted to see was the food cooked and not hear all the chit chat about the machine (that speaks for itself during the demo) but I know you have to follow specific guidelines set down by HO. Do let us know how your first demo goes.

Welcome LZB. You are in for some exciting adventures. I'm afraid I really can't help you with the demonstrations. I knew I wanted my machine so all I wanted was for the consultant to show me how it worked.
One hint I will give you is that if you are doing a demo and the person is actually buying the machine, invite them to open the packaging etc of the machine. Mine was a gift from my husband and I was a little peeved that the consultant ripped it open, lifted it out and began the demo with it. It is only a small thing but I was peeved.  :'(

Let us know how your thermomix adventures go.

Welcome to the forum LZB.
When I had my demo ( I'm in the UK) the demonstrator encouraged all my friends to participate in the use of the TM.One friend I invited is a Coeliac so I made sure all my ingredients (which we provide) were gluten free.
