Hi Jaz, soon you are going to have more food in your fridge than you can eat, and the freezer will be full too. It's addictive and you just want to cook more and more. I love my TM, I have had mine 4 months now and use it daily unless overseas.

Hi Jaz, welcome to the forum.  Gosh it didn't take you long to get hooked - I think I just looked at mine for the first 3 days :-))
Enjoy your thermie and join in the fun we have here on the forum.

Hi Jaz. It is certainly an addiction but I think it is one we can cope with.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi Jaz, I am exactly the same! Got mine on Saturday and have hardly been out of the kitchen. Kids went to school with homemade quiche for lunch today, making cheese & bacon rolls for tomorrow. Everything I have made has turned out well apart from chocolate mousse - the egg white didn'twhip up properly so it was runny - but tasted delish anyway!! I can't believe how easy it is to bake a cake - throw everthing in for one minute then it is ready to go in the oven!!
Just need to see if I can do some main meals in it rather than all this fattening stuff!
What have you made so far Jaz and has it all been successfull?

I had the same problem with the mousse :(
Do any of you helpful ladies know how we can fix this?

I think a lot of people find that it is easier not to use the TMX to whisk egg whites as it is quite tricky to get it right (the bowl needs to be grease-free, the egg whites at the right temperature and so on).   So you might find it better to whisk the egg whites in whichever way you used to do so.....

I think this is possibly the one area in which the TMX is slightly less than perfect - but then we all have our little failings don't we ?!   ;D ;D ;D
