I am looking for a cookie dough that I can make to use some cool cookie cutters I have for Christmas. I have tried to look online here and see if I can find one but haven't as yet.
Does anyone have a favourite that they can share with me? Would Love a choc chip type cookie, but really not fussy! And it doesn't have to be healthy either Whilst looking i have found lots of recipes to try that don't' use cutters so my biscuit barrel will be full as a goog shortly!!

I made this on Sunday - the first mayo I have made that hasn't split - and I love it!!!! I took it to my demo and the guests thought it was amazing.

I have made scones before but they have always ended up as rock cakes. Had a sudden urge for scones at 11pm last night, found your recipe so made a batch and voila! Perfect scones. Thank you so much for posting!! My husband thinks I'm a cooking genius now - haha
