I’ve some mashed potato leftover. Thought I might make a Boston Bun. Apparently an essential component.

Gosh Chookie I haven't made one of those for years.  I must make one again as the family always liked them.

Last night we had curries sausages with mashed potato & peas.  Tonight is marinated chicken with vegetables.  I found a few slices of a CP's Mums Pineapple Cheesecake Slice in the freezer so will have some for dessert.

We are having stir fried green veggies and rissoles. Probably with potatoes in some form or other.

Chookie, as I remember it the recipe was basic and the mixture was quite moist.  The finished loaf was a bit dense, not soft and fluffy like the bread we make now.
My recipe came from a PWMU recipe book, the first recipe book I ever owned and given to me by my Mother.
I'll put the recipe in the non tmx section.

We had a chicken curry and DH made a potato dish. I found 3 little Christmas puddings in the freezer so we had those with custard.

Last night was beef casserole with mashed potatoes, cauli, broccoli & some veggie fritters.

Pizza last night.
Tinned tomato soup. Toast and King Island double cream Brie. Very unhealthy.
