I made naan bread too. And I'm making pizza pickets for lunches this week right now.

I stuffed potato skins with some of the creamed sweetcorn I made the other day, topped with cheese & bacon then served with sour cream.  I fried up the removed potato, added a bit more bacon and some halved cherry tomatoes and this worked well with the richness of the sweetcorn filling.

We had Creamy Vegetarian Pasta - a delicious meal and, what's even better, it's an 'all in one' meal so only the TMX jug to clean afterwards!

I roasted some Parma Ham wrapped chicken breasts in the oven and served them with Smashed Potatoes and a salad.

Tonight we are having Chicken parcels. Slices of thin chicken, topped with sundried tomatoes, spinach and a little feta, encased  in shortcrust pastry.
