Yes, feed the chickens heaps of greens and veges, and we get great eggs :)

tonight i did a fast casserole in the fasts cooker. (n5 in 1) :)
well I employed another Lady, started yesterday, just happens to be a qualified chef, among another 2 degrees. ;)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Wowee a chef with 2 degrees. Good on her. What will she be doing for you Robyn? Cooking?  ;D ;D

We had a lovely roast of beef tonight with roasted Vegies, corn and snake beans from the garden.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I made some pumpkin fettuccine/linguine today to use in a recipe for DH's dinner. 

I juiced some butternut pumpkin and added that to the egg until it weighed 95g. I also added some fresh rosemary leaves to the flour and blitzed in the TM before putting it in the pasta maker.  The result was a lovely, golden pasta with tiny specks of rosemary throughout.  Taste wise it had just a hint of sweet pumpkin and rosemary.

The meal itself was only a smallish serve so I've now doubled the recipe in my records for future making as it was really tasty when I had a bite and I know he'll love it.

also has a business management degree :)

JulieO that looks delicious. We were out last night and DD whipped herself up so e herb pasta. She said it was lovely.
We're having pasta tonight with a simple tomato sauce on it. Did I ever mention that I love this machine?

Wow lucky you Obbie.  :o  I would be asking all sorts of questions about criminology.  That sort of stuff really interest me (love crime shows!)  ;D ;D

Last night we had a simple dinner. I made pasta (who would ever have guessed it?) and made a tomato sauce modelled on the one they had in the book. It was lovely. DH ended up having seconds and thirds. I have frozen the left over sauce for dinner another evening.

Grilled fish, Blue Eye, with roast veggies.  Thought the veggies needed a lift so made a dressing from ' A Salad for all seasons' by Harry Eastwood.  Will post as it was simple and tasty and although tasted rich had only 24 calories.

Finally got the pasta maker today, I've made Lasagne for the freezer and fettuccine with Bolognaise sauce for our dinner tonight,  I will cook the pasta a little bit more next time, done 4 mins,  love the machine.
