Shredded Chicken Salad with Vietnamese Dressing, recipe from Dinner Spinner. ;D

This has to be one of the best, CC  . . hope you enjoyed it!

All three of us love it GF.I do change the salad part so DH will eat it :-)) I buy a bag of mixed baby leaf salad.Can't see DH chomping through shredded savoy cabbage :D :D I know him too well,been married to him 40 years this year  :D :D

That's one thing I would never buy pre made Uni, DH has told me too many stories of the ones they used to have as kids to scare me off.

it looked so nice  :-))

CC - we do the same . . that's the good thing about it - you can change the salad to suit different tastes but that dressing is just fabulous!!

Astarra, I've added the link to the slow cooker thread. I wouldn't make it again but that's more just because it was a bit sweet for me and I'm not a huge fan of slow cooker meals. It was all eaten though and the kids seemed to think it was ok with DS commenting that he really liked it.

we had pre made meatloaf from IGA ,WTH was i thinking it was really bad

Tonight is Chinese Stir Fry Veg from EDC with rice and last night was Chickpea and Sausage casserole from my Weight Watchers magazine which I converted to TMX very happy with that recipe, I have posted it on Main meals

DH is making cabbage rolls tonight, just like his Mum used to make in the old country! They will be lovely and warming. I have been very spoiled. In the last 3 nights I have only had to cook once.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We had delivered tonight: corned silverside, mash, curried corn & carrot dish, sweet & sour kumara chunks, peas, And choc truffles for after.  :D
