I wasn't overly impressed with my pie last night but mum said she really liked it so maybe I'm just being picky :-)) But I definitely didn't heat the caulflower cheese long enough so it was a bit on the cool side... normally I would have put it all back in the dish and heated it longer but I had to get ready for work :)

Slow cooked lamb chops with mash tonight ;D

Tonight I put chilli pesto over chicken breast, put a slice of cheese over it and prosciutto over the top and baked it. It was lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Leftover lamb for SD tonight. Mum is getting home late so I will eat with her but not sure what we'll have yet :)

We had an easy slow cooker casserole. 1kg meat chopped up. 1 packet FOSM and a cup of red wine. I will freeze the leftovers for Monkey Mia. We put the freezer in the van this afternoon and packed it.
