Am making Teninas nectarine tart from WFD. Quite unusual that the pastry is not par baked before the filling goes on, so I'm looking at it with 5 mins to go and wondering if its going to work out  ???

How did it go CP?

We're having salt and pepper squid barbecued and salad. It is the last of the squid from Monkey Mia last year, I found it hiding in the freezer.

I have made that tart before CP - and it worked fine for me without par-baking the base.
