Sausages and gnocchi for mains tonight.

We're having chicken & zucchini lasagne with corn on the cob, broccolini and snow peas

prawns, bugs, scallops, thai fish balls, and whatever the kids want

Chicken wellingtons, chips and salad.
Kaffir lime white choc pannecotta for dessert.

Am making Teninas nectarine tart from WFD. Quite unusual that the pastry is not par baked before the filling goes on, so I'm looking at it with 5 mins to go and wondering if its going to work out

We're having salt and pepper squid barbecued and salad. It is the last of the squid from Monkey Mia last year, I found it hiding in the freezer.

I have made that tart before CP - and it worked fine for me without par-baking the base.

We are having slow cooked pork with roast potaoes and kumara, steamed veg, zucchini muffins and crackling. And gravy.
