For anyone who has the current AGT (with Maddy's Vo Vo on the front), there's a recipe/photo of a Prawn & Avocado Tart on page 82 that I made yesterday (hope the page no is the same in the print version).

It was so lovely and light with nice flavours, would make again for sure.  :D

Corned beef and veges here.

I forgot to post about the garlic pull apart the other night. It was absolutely delicious. Would Definately make again instead of garlic bread.

Sorry Yvette, it was a hot 40 here yesterday and I couldn't be bothered going outside to take a pic, but it did turn out just like the photo in the mag.  :D

I just dug out that magazine Julie, sounds really nice.  Did you just serve it with a tossed salad or was it enough on it's own?

Pizzas!
The kids have been asking or them all week, so a good Friday night tea.  :)  Well, that, and we have some chicken and bacon that needs using up.

Tonight is another of farfallina's new recipes. Beef Stew and peas.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Tonight I cleaned out the fridge, so...
Steak and fried potato slices for DH and I
Spaghetti, bacon and cheese on a hamburger bun for miss6
Other 2 had leftover slowcooked diced beef in gravy with fried potato slices

Then there was a salad to help selves too.
:D
