Smoked salmon, avocado and rocket salad with potato salad on the side.
Too oppressive to cook a hot meal . We need a few cool days

Thanks Amy not much cooking involved apart from the potatoes. The rest just gets thrown together kind of  ;)

One of our first cooler nights in a while. I made quiche lorraine from the EDC with left over beetroot salad and broccoli, celery and apple salad.

Left over chicken peri peri wraps :)

Tomorrow, mmmm will see, either need to cook or defrost frozen meals. Fridge is empty but freezers are buldging :)

We had the lemon chicken and prosciutto out of the What's for Dinner? Book. It was lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
