Satay risotto? How did I miss that one. Sounds delicious Amy. We loved Maddy's chorizo risotto. Hope yours was good too. Yeh for Maddy! :)

We had shredded chicken & veg stir fry :-\
I was hoping to convert a favourite recipe to TMX, but somehow I think stir fries might just be quicker and easier in the wok!

Might try Maddy's chorizo Risotto tomorrow

Looks great Amy. Sadly I think the family will balk if I serve another risotto this week, so have put it on next weeks to try list. Have split list into week by week! Astarra salad with dim sims, your version of a balanced meal??;)

Yvette which recipe do you use for roti. I'm trying to find one that's flaky like the Thai version rather than flat like the Indian but haven't had any luck.
