You have to get the essences in a Home Brew shop I think. There are a few here in Cairns. Very popular to make your own alcohol up here.

Well Amy, I just bought 10 kilos of king salmon, and 10 kilos of Barra.
I still have 5 kilos of coral trout, 5 kilos of prawns, and 3 kilos of bugs...

Plus chicken, and 1/2 side of beef delivered Friday...

Food  everywhere, and 3 big freezers full.

I will post tomorrow if the fish was ok...

Homemade pizza here tonight. Which will use up the last 2 packages of bacon in the freezer. Absolutely no meat left in the freezer. DH and DSD had the crumpets for breakfast the last 2 mornings. Still haven't defrosted as I've been at work all weekend. Tomorrows another day.

Well as I did all the cooking yesterday for friends over my DH is cooking today for more friends over.  he won't even consider learning TMX He is cooking a traditional roast lamb and all the trimmings.  I have made the desert though! We still had half the Tenina white choc and rasp cheesecake left from last night plus some lemon tarts. I have also prepared the tapioca pudd from the British larder site and will just whip up the whites before popping into the oven.  Watching a non TM cook in the kitchen is funny, there are piles of dishes!!!

Went to my MIL house for dinner tonight and she asked each family to bring a plate this week (she usually cooks for 16 of us EVERY Sunday!)
I had to make a vegetarian dish so I made meatless meatballs in tomato sauce.
OMG they were delicious!
It had cannellini beans, sun dried tomatoes, onion garlic herbs egg and breadcrumbs.
All made in the TM but of course did not write quantities down.
I have to make another batch for my MIL mum so I will make sure that I write it down so I can post the recipe.
