Dinner tonight - grilled chicken breast fillets with salad and turkish bread cut into bun size, buttered with TM garlic butter and grilled. So basically chicken burgers!  :)
Fresh fruit and yoghurt after if anyone wants it.  :)

That sounds great Astarra..... :D

I used to love those times, come to think of it, still do, but don't get many chances to do it.

That looks nice Judy. We are having chicken too - roast chicken with popcorn cauliflower, roast potatoes, pumpkin, and carrot with steamed peas and broccoli. The cauliflower was really yummy and I will definitely make it again.

Was that one of your $3.50 chickens ES - it looks pretty big  :o  I thought about Popcorn cauli tonight but the temperature needed to be higher than what  I needed for the potato bake.

It was delicious, thanks.
Yes the fresh chicken shop at my local shopping centre had free range lillydale chickens for $7 each or 2 for $10, and it weighed in at 1.5 kg and the other is 1.7kg.  I couldn't walk past that bargain LOL

Tonight's meal was a combo of different methods.  We had cordon bleu's from the freezer that I made a week or so ago, I just shallow fried them.  I made Judy's stir fried cabbage in the tm, rosemary & garlic potatoes in the microwave and large corn on the cobs in the pc (10 mins).  Made for a quick meal that we both enjoyed.  :)

Tonight I made Sweet and Sour Chicken (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4683.0).

With a couple of tweaks it was very nice ;D
