Julie, that looks beautiful. I love prawns, sweet potato and pumpkin, but DH and DS don't.
We are having leftovers from last night's double pork chilli with black beans made in the pc

Dessert will be leftovers too. - green tomato cake

Julie, that looks yummilicious ;D

ES, your leftovers look very filling and heart-warming too. Is it like a soup?

No, it's thicker than a soup, but I did make it really saucy as that's how DH likes it.
I will post up my conversion of the green tomato cake soon, as it is really yummy

It sounds yummy ES, I'm still torn as to whether I should convince mum that we need a PC :-))

The green tomato cake sounds really interesting, I'm looking forward to your recipe :)

Green tomato cake really does sound interesting, ES.  :)

Dinner tonight was lemon pepper split chicken - oven roasted with potatoes and pumpkin, TM steamed corn, beans and carrot and gravy. Very basic tonight, but enjoyed by all!  :)

Astarra, that doens't sound basic to me. It sounds delicious :)

We were going to try Thai Chicken and Snowpeas... but I ate all the snowpeas ;D
So we're having Honey & Soy Chicken instead ;)

Here is the Honey & Soy Chicken. Or maybe I should say "Honey & Soy/Worcestershire Chicken"... we only had 15ml soy sauce, so I made the rest up with Worcestershire :-))

Uni it looks as though your slice sliced well.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Nice dinners girls.  :)

Thankyou for the comments.  My DH has gone to work for nightshift, a 12 hour shift till 7am.  I really wanted him to stay home, but he said they are too busy.  At least after this shift he's off until next Monday morning so will have plenty of time to recover.  :)
