Well last nights  lamb rack was delic.
Tonight we had duck crowns, 2 for £10.00.
A change I thought, we had a breast each and DD gets pickings for her wrap for tmro lunch at her new job, plus lots of stock for soup.

We had cauli and broccoli from freezer, grown in old garden last year, left over potatoes from y'day and white sauce made in  *:

And caramel custard from dessert forum made In TMX and left over choc pudding from last night.

We are clearing freezer bit by bit ready for our own beef in September.

Last night we had scotch steaks, with green peppercorn sauce http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/5346/steak+with+green+peppercorn+sauce, with egg & chips....all hubby's request....no pic, too hungry....but used the New S.D. Double grill plate...fantastic!....washed up a breeze  :)

Was gifted some stunning kabana, straight from the smoke house, so will no doubt come up with dinner using it some how tonight.

I use this sauce too Maddy, it's beautiful. I make a big batch of it though. Did you cook it on the stovetop or in the thermomix? I tried to do it in the thermomix last night but it wasn't thickening so I ended up doing it in the stove top instead.

Tonight we're having Chelsea's Bangers & Mash in tasty onion gravy. All in one meals - one of the biggest reasons I wanted a thermomix.

Roast leg of lamb, roast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Gravy.

Chookies chocolate delight ( yummy mini pots), raspberries.

Black Bomber cheese from Snowdonia.

We have guests, at 7.30pm so will pace my self because of my sore back.

That sounds great Mandi... roasts are close to the top of my list of favourite meals to cook ;)

We had steamed sea mullet with potato wedges and steamed broccoli. Words cannot describe how much I loooooove sea mullet. Yummmmmmmm :D :D :D

In case anyone is wondering, I spent 10 minutes picking over every single piece of that broccoli. No more steamed grubbies ;D
