Quattro Formaggio Sauce
« on: June 17, 2009, 07:43:49 pm »
Does anyone have a TMX recipe for Quattro Formaggio?  I'd like to make this with pasta or gnocchi.

Thanks!
Caroline

Look here Caroline, I'm sure you can convert it for the TMX as it looks sooo easy!

Yes, easy too by the sounds of it but oh, so fattening!  Cream, fontina, gorgonzola, parmesan and mascapone Cookie1.

It sounds beautiful. But as you say, not good for those of us that fight 'the bulge'.

Thanks for the translation Karen.

Thanks Thermomixer - how do you do that? Can we do it ourselves or do you have to do it for us - I am sorry to be a nuisance.
