It sounds good, thanks Amanda.  I envisage, amongst other uses, using it to add some flavour to our tasteless winter tomatoes.

Our mini romas are producing well if I get lots of extras I will have to give this a go.

I like your like your Link Amanda. Now tomatoes are cheaper you may as well start from fresh to dried to salt.

I've got some sun dried tomatoes in the freezer from early this year will make this tomorrow.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

thur the oven on to 100 cut some cheap tomatoes  and wake up to dried tomatoes  cheap!

Amanda I got mine at WW the nice man in fruit and veg went and got them for me , I'm sure he said they were near the jars in the isle where olives and Sundried Toms are they were in a little square clear plastic tub.

Thanks Brenda - I hate WW with a passion, but might try to slip in to one to see if I can find them.  I hunted through several stores yesterday, to no avail.  :(
