I have had one of these for years. It came as a free gift when I purchased a lot of scan pan products but I have never used it 
Showing my ignorance here as I don't know what to make in it 
Dont have any recipes and can't find much on the net.
What will you use it for Johnro?

MF could be a waste of $$$$ but we frequently entertain especially for brunch on weekends and I often do dutch oven baked apple pancakes so thought the puff dumoling pan would be perfect.  I though that a lot of the muffin recipes could be used.
Have done a bit of searching and thought that the following fillings may be tasty
- ham, cheese, pineapple
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese , chives/dill, red onion
- Chocolate and top with whipped cream and sprinkle nuts to serve
- Strawberries, raspberries etc and drizzle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream to serve
- Stewed apples and drizzle with butterscotch sauce
- Poached pears, goats cheese, toasted walnuts and drizzle with honey to serve
Watch this space for updates!!!!!

BTW Your Home Depot = $42 - my biggest concern is that the pan is scanpan as I have ditched my 1 piece of scanpan!!!

I did GF but didn't find it very helpful.
My wifi is rubbish at the moment so lots of links aren't opening and others taking forever.
IT guy coming to fix it but don't know when as he had to order something for us.
Found an Indian dumpling recipe but it said to put lid on the pan and I don't have a lid with my scanpan dumpling pan.
Very confused

Love the pan. Is that what they called gem irons many years ago? I can just imagine muffins in it, both savoury and sweet.
