The recipe is amazing isn't it? Even my son who can be fussy was saying it was delicious. I reckon it's a fantastic second demo dish. Inspiring people to use the varoma more.

I've had my TM for a year and been very pleased with it. Read these boards often but have never felt the need to post - until now. I am disappointed with the changes to the Varoma demo. It is now basically just a normal demo with one dish using the varoma.

Oh dear lalaLand! such a shame when you go to the trouble of inviting guests over, purchasing ingredients and have high hopes. Dud they have an incentive you could take advantage of?

Does anyone know where I can find this recipe?

I already have my TM and am not able to have another demo.

What do others who have had it think of it being replaced with a general demo which also includes a varoma meal rather than having to have 2 separate demos just to see how the varoma works. I'd heard the new varoma replacement demo was quite good.

As one who had never heard of the TMX before, I enjoyed the basic demo.  The original varoma demo can become very drawn out - and although I certainly enjoyed the food, by the time it was over, I'd had enough.

Obviously, there can never be the perfect demo that appeals to everyone.  It would be good if consultants could work more with their hosts to work out what dishes would most suit the people attending the demo and that could demonstrate the capabilities of the machine .

My mum (in NZ) went to one of these new style demos and loved it --- and even forwarded me the recipe  ;)

@ Connors nan...just read this thread and I also have the recipe you were enquiring about, but see Deniser has kindly sent it to you

I had this dish at my demo on 22/3, really enjoyed it and have made it myself since with the tomato and capsicum in mine, preferred
it with these additions plus it gives the dish some colour.
My consultant forwarded it to me the day after my demo, she's great :)

Next time I would marinate the chicken first as I felt it was too bland taste wise even though the sauce was quiet tasty.
Very versatile dish though...I had made fresh bread that day too, so we had this with the soup along with my homemade herb butter :)

considering when I bought my machine 3 1/2 years ago, sight unseen, the demo was ok.

My consultant quit straight after.

took me 12 months to get a varoma demo..with some one else.

i taught myself so much more, just by using it. :)

I also went to a demo for a neighbor who had bought the machine, and the consultant was terrible, I could have done better.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
