Title: Iced strawberry milk shake, less than 100 calories

With the hot weather coming,  I was looking for an alternative to Iced Coffee,  with its Ice Cream and Coffee Syrup. 
There is no added sugar or ice cream in this ,  and reduced fat milk is used,   but is still fluffy and cool. 

1/2 cup of each,  strawberries,   Milk,   Ice cubes.
Add all to TMX bowl and zap,  speed 9 for 50 seconds.  May need longer if the ice cubes are large.

Could add sugar substitute or use different fruit.
There were 90 calories in the mix I made.

Thanks Amy,  it is light cool and not too sweet.  And very easy in TMX.

Sounds and looks nice Chookie.  Did you get a glass each from those measurements?

Boo hoo. I don't have any strawberries and it is too hot to go out and get some.

DH had his Iced Coffee and this is a large glass and it filled this with a bit over,  probably 300/400 mils.
Cookie,  make it with whatever fruit you have.  even frozen.  Don't go out in the heat.

Looks lovely ACW. Looking for something for children that isn't choc or coffee. This does the trick thanks.

Kulsha, I think the absence of sugar is more refreshing on a hot day.  Also a bit of help for those who would like to lose a few k's after Xmas.
