Hi Pam, I wonder if you were busy making sorbets on that dreadfully hot day you had a while back. It sure is a great machine.

Hi Pam, welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are going great guns with your TMX.  How about some reviews of the recipes you've done - we all appreciate them and it encourages others to try them too.

Thanks for being so welcoming :) no cookie I didnt make sorbet the day Esperance had 47deg as we were in Perth that day but have been using the TMX to make sorbets. Yesterday I made isi's lamingtons(delicious)and some Fudgy Choc Biscuits(not sure where I copied that from) and Dulce De Leche Brownies(not sure about that either, will have to put the persons name on the recipes in future!!) and butter we dont have marg any more. No I dont know Shayne Thermomixer, maybe I will meet her at one of the cooking classes. I will start to do reviews judydawn as I really appreciate having them to try, Thanks again

Welcome Pam H! Good to see you're making excellent use of your TMX.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

DH and I have just decided we'll head down south early March (between Model A rallies!!!) and plan to go to Esperance Pam. So if you hear a TMX in one of the caravan parks it may be me ;) ;) 8) 8)

Please don't have anymore 470. The van freezer doesn't hold many iceblocks. :'(

I will listen out for you cookie1,you will have to be loud for me to hear you over my TMX!!! I certainly hope it isnt 47deg in March, it usually gets hot just as the kids go back to school, poor things. Will have to look out for the Model A's and maybe have a chat if you have time :)
