I made lots of Garlic bread , with lots of butter, for the party.  They ate the lot.

I have a SD loaf rising, very slowly and I've also made some ricotta.

An old fashioned Iris Stew as requested by DS2 for dinner tonight and Roast Pumpkin Soup for me.

I've done some yoghurt to leave all day. I now seem to have mastered it. I managed to pick up 2 litres of unhomogonised milk for $1.95 so it will be cheap yoghurt. I've found that only leaving it for 10 or so hours it doesn't seem so sour.

I was thrilled with this buy, as the 1 litre of yoghurt only cost me just over $1.

I made some Red Velvet Cupcakes to take down with MIL’s birthday cake. It was a recipe of Poh’s and made heaps and heaps. We have some left for home too.
