Margarita
Serves 6
Ingredients
150g ice
200g Tequila
50g Cointreau
100g lime juice

Salt and lime slices to decorate glasses

Place all ingredients in THX and program 20 seconds Speed 5 to 10.
Wet rim of glasses in lime juice and place in saucer with salt to decorate. Fill glass with Margarita. Serve immediately.

You can say it's for cooking purposes - like the sherry that my aunt used to keep in the kitchen cupboard !

I shall try that Thermomixer.. do you think my "know it all" 14yo DS will fall for it?  :D

Margaritas all round,  may be one of her first recipes - BEWARE  ;)

It makes a great frappe - very 80s - with just ice and GM in the food processor Thermomix and blitz till it's like a slushy.  Ah, memories.  ;) ;)

Ah yes.. I do remember the 80's.. was actually legally old enough to drink at the end of them.... LOL!
