We had steamed salmon and veges in white wine sauce with oven baked chips.  Fish/Sauce recipe from EDC.

Last night we had farfallina's oven baked vegie crepes and tonight is chicken and vegies. I'm not sure who's recipe it is.

Well.... :P.....I have yet to find one that I really like in TM, so.......I saute the mushrooms with a little butter and cracked pepper, then I make up the gravy using "Knorr" rich brown gravy  (in a commercial tub), then mix it in with the mushrooms.

I don't use fat drippings to make gravy, so this is the nicest we've tried yet.

hehe to the gravy

I made slow cooker spinach lasagna (http://www.raisehealthyeaters.com/2011/01/slow-cooker-spinach-lasagna/)... not healthy here as our local woollies doesn't stock "light" anything unless it's in the tiny tubs / blocks.  sigh!

DH liked it... I thought it was a bit rich (duh cheese central lol) and my kids just picked at it.

I prepped in the tmx... grated parmesan/cheddar... also grated up a couple of carrots and zucchini to add to the ricotta mix which I mixed in tmx as well.

We went out to lunch today and had leftovers for tea but on the way home I stopped off and bought a huge crayfish for tea tomorrow night whilst watching the wedding. Invited Mum around to share the occasion.

Well here's our Royal wedding crayfish buffet all set up (earlier for a photo, it is all back in the fridge at the moment until later).  Made Chookies no fuss rolls, coleslaw, tossed salad, eggs and the star of the table, the crayfish and homemade seafood sauce.
Can't wait to get stuck into it, it's been ages since we've had crayfish.
