Has anyone had a problem with their scales on the TMX 5 ?
Mine went crazy this morning then stopped working altogether .

I haven't had this problem Chookie only the C160 error code. I hope you get it resolved soon. :-* :-*

My scales (TM31) haven't done anything as exciting or dramatic as yours, Chookie, however, mine are far from accurate.

I rang Anita who is no longer a consultant. She said that as it is within the 2 year warranted period, TMX will pick it up and deliver it back. She is organising it all.
What would I do without this wonderful lady. Sometimes I feel very blessed.

Posted TMX lunch time Wednesday. Notification from TMX to say they recieved it 9am today( Friday). Very good.
Also received notification from Australia post to say that it was in transit and they would let me know when it was in transit to be returned. Can't complain about any of this.

Have just recieved email from TMX service Center to say all fixed. Can't believe it, so fast. Should have it back early next week. Now, that is service. So pleased.

That's good news, I'm really surprised at how many off the new machines have to be sent back. Its one reason I haven't up graded.

Yes I am really glad I didn't upgrade from TM31!
It is nice to have good service but it is a pity to have to use it on new machines.
