Look good Cookie.  What is in them?
More Coconut Macaroons.  Bought some ginger infused Coconut flakes.  Need to grind it up in TMX to use.

Did you use Haig’s chocolates cookie, perhaps they are too expensive to use in muffins.

They have the usual things in Chookie. Also made with zucchini, buttermilk and choc chips.

Judy I didn’t have Haighs as we can’t buy it here. I used Calleaubut as I bought a kilo of them at European foods a while back.

Only dinner here tonight.

Made Sweet Chilli Sauce and Chilli Jam. Both for Ex SIL.  He gives me Chook food and I give him eggs and other goodies.
Made 40 Coconut and Ginger Macaroons. Pumpkin soup and chicken stock.

I have been making more mulberry jam, Chocolate slice, and caramel slices. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Cookie, that slice looks nice.  It reminds me of a peanut slice I would buy when I was much younger and working.  Sadly it is no longer available.

No cooking here today, instead I bought a fruit bun for a visitor for afternoon tea today.  Shameful I know.

I'll bet it was delicious though Margaret. I've made some raw blondies for DD and I plan to make some yo-yos for her to take to work tomorrow.


I had forgotten how tasty and easy these are.

Made GD Birthday cake.
Pud for tomorrow for visitors.  Dorie Greenspan Apple slice.  Looks good, very easy.  Will post recipe if ok.
Celeriac, potato and pear mash to go with roast lamb and roast root veggies.  Also Silver Beet with nutmeg and butter.

Made another lot of jam today.  Made an interesting Mandarin jam.  Will post recipe . I dries some mandarin peel, blitzed it to make a powder and made the jam with this added.  A real flavor burst. Also made Dried Apricot conserve and Apricot and Pineapple Conserve.
