If they havent seen the fruits of the thery before, i reckon it's hard to go past the beetroot salad for impressiveness! I am off to make the sticky date puds now. I can't believe I haven't already!

All great advice, thank you! I used potato and some more pumpkin which I steamed in the varoma then blended into the soup. Spot on.

This is a pretty basic question; I made a pumpkin and sweet potato soup last night in the TMX while I was using the varoma and I inadvertantly put in too much liquid. The soup is too thin.
What's the best way to thicken it? Should I just mash some more veges and then blend them in?
Thanks, Cottchick

I've got this cooking now, ten minutes to go and it smells fabulous. I'm just looking at Indian curry recipes to make a curry for tonight to go with it!

I made this this afternoon and although still hot it is just lovely! For me it made one dolmio size jar plus two taco salsa sized jars full.
I used chillies with seeds and all.

Yvette, we use the rapadura in tea, not a problem. I now use it for everything, just replaced the 'normal' sugar altogether.

Thanks for this one Miss Thermo, I am going to give it a go now. I don't have rice cooked but there are some thermy bread crumbs around here somewhere that will do.

Yes I just got five kilos of it a few days ago. Very quick and efficient service from 2Brothers. I also got raw almonds and shelled pistachios. Would definitely use them again.

Just made these for the birthday girl to take to kindy tomorrow, they are fantastic and too easy for words. I just threw all the ingredients in in no order, forgot the baking powder, still they are just perfect. THANKS!

I have just jumped on the wagon! Ten kilos to lose and still in my first week. I was just surfing the site looking for TMX friendly WW recipes and came across this thread. Is anyone still motoring along?

There is a recipe in the EDC which is fantastic as an alternative to risotto and as easy and tasty as fast food. I Havent got the book with me but it's the apricot chicken with rice. Can't tell you how easy it is once you've made it once!
