Thanks Tenina, currently in the process of ordering. Postage seems okay though really I have no idea. (As noted elsewhere the "In The Mix" book I won cost $61 to post, so sample set of two so far shows roughly the cost of the book to post)

From German to Aus, for the weight of the spinner (and assuming a box with the dimensions 45cm x 30cm x 15cm and with the weight from your site .15KG), the book postage rate is €3,45/€3,00 ($4.74 AUS - ) otherwise a small packet via DHL (DHL & Deutsche Post are together) is €15,90 ($21.85 AUS).

If the total package weights above 500g then Book rate goes up to €7,00 priority or €5,50 Economy (AUS $9.62/7.56).

So $12.50 to Germany seems to be about par

Tenina will definately be happening but wondering whether to wait until the big book comes available to order them both at the same time rather than paying two lots of postage...?? is the big book like the in the mix one?? ie a whopper or more like the thermomix books european ones or aussie ones??  If you can give me an idea of the weight of the big book which I know isnt available just yet but im sure you have a copy and also the weight of the two books together if you have a sec as I can see on the aus post website whether its worthwhile waiting or if it doesnt make much of a difference..get me haha!

also do you have or can you give me a ballpark figure of what the big book will cost?

merci  :P

Will there be a vegetarian version in the pipeworks Tenina?   :-*

Frozzie the big book will be around 700g I think (as an educated guess) So yes, good idea to wait for both to be mailed together. At this stage price is at $50, but may come down slightly. Will know soon. It is looking pretty flash and I am VERY excited.

Ceejay, there are several vegetarian meals in the Dinner Spinner…more than in any other category. But having said that, it is a small book.

I think the next offering will be something other than dinners.

 ;) ;)

thanks Tenina and so you should be VERY excited...im looking forward to getting both books so make sure you keep a copy of both books because as soon as i hear the new one is available you will be sending off a parcel to France!!

Is it worth being on your database for international customers as obviously local classes and info isnt of interest...bit far away to make it  :P  just to be able to be kept up to date with your new 'projects' as soon as they become available or just better to rely on other forum members to keep us up to date...???

thanks Tenina  :)

Better still if you asked Tenina nicely she might write in it for you.
