We had this last night and it was lovely. I reduced the cinnamon and allspice to just a pinch as we don't really like those spices in meat dishes. It made plenty, so we have lots of left overs.
The polenta 'scones' were a nice change.

Last night for dinner we had Spicy Beef and Corn Scone Cobbler from the meat book. We loved it. Next time I'll halve the recipe as there is lots of left overs.

The Christmas puddings in the Festive book are lovely. I cooked them in metal dariole moulds.

I love the steam cakes you buy in Singapore. Do you think an ordinary cake cooked in little moulds in the VAroma would be similar? I must try it.
