Small but good step forward Judy.
I also use AF to roast Capsicum.
Cooked chicken wings in AF using RTE method.

Yesterday I made Leek and Potato soup and a batch of Cornish Farings ( UK Cookidoo). The biscuits are a gift for a friends birthday today. Poor friend dislocated her shoulder and a finger five weeks ago and is still recovering from her accident.

Ouch. That would hurt.
I made some Orange Cookies from Cookidoo.

Still have some Sweet and Sour sauce left so might roast some chicken in the BBQ and use it with that.

I made these sweet potato fritters today hoping I might be able to have one myself but the amount of flour in the recipe would be the reason that it was impossible to eat.  I’m going to try fritters made with just grated veggies and an egg.  They are now in the freezer for DD.

Judy, it's a shame that you are not able to eat the fritters as they look so tasty.  DS and I love vegetable fritters of any sort, but DH is not so keen on them.   Doesn't stop me making them tho..

This morning I made a nut loaf using this recipe from Dede https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11043.msg189278#msg189278

Judy, they look good.  Yes try them just with egg. How about Psyllium husks or chia seeds to help stick the veggie together.
No cooking today. Leftovers.

Today I tried something different and yes I could eat it.  Even though I browned the sausages and onion before putting in the SC the sausages were nice and soft at the end of cooking.  4 packs of 2 meals in the freezer - I made half the recipe.

Judy, very tasty.  You are using your imagination and creative intelligence.
The tomatoes are ripening at a great rate so tomato sauce today.  I’ve been checking lots of TMX recipes but in the end have decided to use the recipe on my blog.  It contains no onion so lots of people can enjoy it.

It seems to be a full time job at the moment Chookie, it’s so much easier to choose meals when you can eat anything.
