Chookie, so pleased to hear that both you and Ral received good results from your Drs.

CC do you have a washing machine in the van? Also a dryer?  I hope the mud has improved a little. Will you have to redo all of your garden?

I did the ironing this morning and planted out a few more seedlings. We have collected the little seed things from Woolworths. I am now eating rocket, spinach and lettuce from them. Some radish will be ready any day now. Some nasty bugs are eating the kale but DH has said let them eat it as he doesn't want it. ;D ;D

Spray them with a garlic or chili spray, Cookie, they shouldn't like that very much.

DH made a storeroom/utility room out of one of our carports and installed water and electricity into the room. He moved the washing machine and plumbed it in. It works great and with the dryer I can do the laundry whenever I want Cookie

The garden will definitely need redoing Cookie. It’s a mess.

K Atie, so pleased to hear your Mum is on the mend.  She will enjoy your company.
CC, your DH is so inventive. I think of you both each day when I use a beautiful pair of Salt and pepper shakers.
Thanks to all for the good wishes.  We feel we are starting to get our life back gradually.
Yesterday I cleaned out the fridge and the freezer on top. Very big job as I removed all the things I now know I can’t eat. All the garlic, stock with onion and garlic and pate. The Chooks love the Pate.

You may end up with interesting tasting eggs, Chookie!  It's good to know how to work around things now and what is working and what to change or avoid.

There is better and better news on your mum nearly every day now, Katie, that's so good.  As for you ... it seems that there is always something else happening in your life - either with the kids, DH or yourself ... I hope all goes well with your shoulder.

Glad to hear you’re making time for you own check-ups Katie, we tend to forget about ourselves. It’s pleasing to read Mum is doing OK.

I hope everyone has positive appointments with their specialists. Hopefully a steroid injection will help your shoulder KAtie.
There are some lovely head coverings available nowadays for ladies with hair loss KAtie. If I ever need them I have some selected that I will buy. Hopefully I never need them though.
