Like the sound of stir fry prawns Chookie . Heated up roast vegetable tart with DM purple runner beans steamed and some leftover chicken Waldorf salad ( we had brought) .

We had Pea and Ham soup. I over seasoned the soup with black pepper.

We had a mix of chorizo, chick peas, onion, capsicum and spinach. It turned out quite well.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We are having egg and bacon pie with salad.  The pie is from my freezer.

Roast boned leg of lamb. Roast veggies and greens from the garden. Fresh fruit salad.

last bight was a crispy pork stirfry.
Tonight is slow cooked rib bones, all done by DH. :)

I am used to him cooking alot more now.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

It's going to be hot here so we are having a vegie pasta salad with smoked salmon and haloumi.

I cooked a pork loin steak and jacket potato in the air fryer, heated up veggies in the microwave & thawed out some gravy. My first cooked meal for ages.
