That’s a lovely thing to do for your DS Denise and just thing of the extra veggies that will come your way if it boosts his pickings.

Morning all.
I am about to do something that is probably politically/ socially incorrect.  Today is my Birthday and I am OBE.  Over Bloody Eighty.
The party that was planned has been postponed until after Ral finishes his treatment.  Tonight DD, GC and Ral and I are going out to a Spanish Restaurant in Ballarat.  ( supposed to be the best in Ballarat ) On Sunday we are going to Melbourne, ( not Ral) shopping. DS and family will meet us for lunch.

Happy birthday Chookie, your plans sound good to me.  You do far more than any other woman I know of your age so don’t worry about it, you are not done yet. Xx

A very happy birthday to you Chookie; eighty has such a wonderful ring to it, it is great to be 80 - not everyone is so lucky to attain that age, so go for it!

Thanks for all the good wishes.
Judy, that is a very nice message on the table.  Thanks.
Gert, also wish you were here.  Think you would like the Spanish Restaurant.  It’s called Meigas.
Marina, CC and KAtie, 80 is ok.   I think of my Grandparents and what they were like at this age.   I’m doing alright.  Can still do the things I like, although slower. I enjoy life and all my good friends and family.

Great fun at Spanish Restaurant.  Food great and entertainment added to festive occasion. Was given an amazing gift.  Going on a Truffle hunt and then to follow,  a Truffle meal.
