Had visitors today and am ashamed to say I had to ask them to go home. Feeling absolutely yuk again, ended up going to bed after they left and am now having trouble going to sleep tonight. Just as well they are very good friends and didn't mind being asked to go.

Shopping this morning. Mostly food and clothes for GS who is off to camp on Monday. Only got the paper work yesterday.  Seems the original paperwork went to his mother who didn't bother to pass it on.

mab, hope you liked it. the truss tomatoes should give a good flavour.
We love it thanks chookie and I like the fact that I can do it in small amounts as the tomatoes ripen.

I make something similar using mince steak.
Just a batter using flour, egg, sauce, S & P, water and mix in the mince. Somethimes I add grated carrot or bacon or left over veg or just about anything that takes your fancy.
We cook large spoonfuls on the bbq and the GKs love them.

We had never had ceiling fans until we moved to this house. I would never be without them again, they were great when we had that very hot weather.
