A very warm welcome to the forum, Mary!!  How exciting to have a new member from Mexico!!  A lot of our members are very keen on Mexican food and I'm sure would love you to share some recipes with us.  I do remember one member looking for a recipe for Adobo Sauce . . would you have one? :)  We do look forward to hearing more from you - please have a good look around the forum - there are some really lovely recipes on here.  You may like to begin with this thread . .

Hello Mary, I too am excited to have someone from Mexico (even if you are Spanish born) on our forum.  The more recipes from all over the world the better I say - it is an international forum afterall.  Thanks for joining us and I look forward to contributions from you when you have time.

Welcome Mary. Delighted to have you join us. Don't worry about your English as we will be patient and figure it out. We have other Spanish speaking members here as well as other languages. You will have to forgive us Aussie our "Strine". Just ask if you are not sure of anything.

It is very hard to find good authentic Mexican Food in Australia so any contributions from you will be gratefully accepted.

Cheers,

Gert
