My GD would love to find that in her Christmas parcels  :D  Obviously you didn't buy that in a plain supermarket Uni, perhaps a wholesale store where restaurateurs shop?

Nutella has become very popular in the U.S. just in the past fifteen years or so.

It came to the notice of foodies when a series of cute commercials were shown on TV during the Saturday morning kid's TV shows.

Nutella merchandise is selling well.

Here's the price of the Jumbo jar in the U.S.

Earlier this year I saw a 2-pack of 26.5 ounce jars of Nutella at Costco for $8.75.

Love the jar of Nutella. It would take us at least 20 years to get through that. We don't eat it very much at all. Peanut butter is another thing. DH loves it.

I've only made some cranberry and white chocolate biscuits this morning. They are lovely. I was once again over awed by the TMX. I needed caster sugar, so I made it. I needed rice flour, so I made it. The chocolate and cranberries needed to be chopped, the TMX did it. Then creamed the butter and sugar beautifully.........in the TMX. The mixture needed to be kneaded.........so I did it in the TMX.
LOVE THAT MACHINE.

Yourself very very sick :) My daughter loves the stuff, as does my wife but my son and I are okay with it; we'll happily eat it but it isn't our first port of call (daughter wants nutella sandwiches, my son wants cheese)

Here is a Nutella & custard cake recipe.

There are lots of Nutella recipes here and here as well. Enough there to keep you busy all weekend Uni  ;D
