So far have made knot rolls, butter, white choc and cranberry biscuits and I have a wholemeal/rye loaf on its first rise. I will be making potato and leek soup for dinner tonight.

Great cooking everyone.

Maddy that brie looks wonderful.

Made some more biscuits, started some ice-cream and have done the first step of Alyce's vegie pasties.

I had to make another batch of Granuesli on the weekend as I was completely out, and bread rolls for school lunches.
Today I have made some vanilla icecream and then I tried the chickpea and cashew curry from the dinner spinner app for dinner. My chillies were small but very hot, so the kids found the curry a little too spicy, but I really enjoyed it.

That's great to hear...I have made the full recipe as stated with the Gorgonzola & goats cheese in the middle...but I don't think it's worth the expense or trouble really, as just the Brie & sauce combo is nice as is.

Wow Judy, the icecream suits the plate. Do you like the pasties? (it is probably a silly question).

Fabulous presentation JD, I would really like some of those dariole moulds. I've got some Blackberry ice cream chilling for tomorrow's churning, and once I have a pic I will post the recipe. Might need to borrow one of your tuile baskets  ;)
