Chookie's Plain White Rolls-No Fuss
« on: October 03, 2014, 11:04:58 am »
I  made this today in the TM 5. I followed the instructions in the recipe exactly and it turned out beautifully. I use this recipe for our everyday bread and put seeds and different flours in as I want.
This particular loaf had about 75g of wholemeal spelt flour added.
The recipe can be found here.

The dough after kneading for 4 minutes.

Beautiful Cookie,  do you think  the end result is different with the new machine?

Not really. It was just a little more fun to make, especially as I couldn't  figure out the  :: function at first.  ;

Blasted spell check.  :-X

Cookie , thanks for the review.  I love to try different bread recipes,  but this is the one I use when teaching the GC.  It is easy to remember and handle. They give it a pretty rough time before baking. It also takes adapting with different seeds and grains quite well.
