Good morning everyone.  Another sunny morning with a cold wind.

Good morning folks (just), sunny today, the wind was minimal for me yesterday but other suburbs had horrific winds and damage.

Morning all.
Trees down everywhere in Ballarat.  We were ok. More wind today, not so bad. A little misty rain.
Gardener has been. She does such a good job.
We had the Tuna/ anchovies Paste on crumpets for morning tea.

Hi friends,
Chance is fully recovered and back to running at full speed. It’s clouded over but dry and warm here perfect as GS staying with us.

Results of bloods from the GP this morning - everything brilliant!  Backing off from pre-diabetic by a huge margin :) , never had a problem with cholestrol, iron good - the only down side is I have a horrible head cold  :( - the last thing the dr. said as I left was watch that it doesn't go to my chest and I get pneumonia - Wonderful!!!  just what I wanted to hear.  On the other hand he cleared me to go back to gym. Altogether more positives than negatives.

Look after yourself Marina, I did recently and I got over it so much quicker than when I try to keep going with everything on my plate.  Probably impossible to take time out when you run your own business though.

Marina well done on all the tests, but I'[m not sure if getting a clearance to go back to the gym is good!!!!!!!!
Take care as I have had several friends end up with pneumonia.

Thanks everyone.  I have decided that I am not going to get pneumonia (touch wood) - says she coughing and spluttering as she types this!  The GP actually attributed some of my better anti-diabetes result to my time at the gym so I guess I will have to keep going!

Marina, just stick with it, ( gym) if it is doing you good.
Judy, enjoy your day out. Sounds like fun.
All quiet and cold here.

Our warm weather continues although we might have a thunder storm tonight.

We watched a wonderful sight with GS whilst sitting in the garden last night. A Hot Air Balloon flew very close to our house. It eventually landed not very far away in a farmers field. The pilot of the balloon maneuvered  it with precession to land it where he did. A great sight for a six year old to see.
