Chicken and caraway seed broth

Name of Recipe: Chicken & Caraway Broth
Number of People: 4 serves
Ingredients:
100g cabbage, roughly chopped
1 leek, cut in half lengthways and sliced roughly into 3cm lengths
1 onion, cut into 4
1 large carrot, cut into 4cm slices
l litre vegetable or chicken stock - or use water and stock concentrate
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds (or cumin if you prefer)
l cooked chicken fillet or some leftover roast chicken (I had a fillet in the freezer leftover from a batch I had steamed previously)
S & P to taste

Preparation:
Place all the vegies into the TM bowl and chop for 4 sec/speed 8 .
Add the stock and cook 20 minutes/100o/speed 1.
Add the seeds and the diced/shredded chicken and cook 3 mins/100o/speed 1.
Check for seasoning.

looks nice and easy JD. I just love having soup for a light meal, tasty but doesn't leave you with the "overstuffed" feeling
