You were so right GF. They did turn up. I'm glad DS found them for you or you would have always wondered.

Oh GF what a great story. I think sometimes things stay "lost" on purpose just to test us :)

Hope you are feeling better Marie. Soup sounds yucky :D

Note to myself:  Always label food containers in freezer.
Decided to have some vegetable soup from the freezer so I took the container out to thaw.  I was not feeling 100% so DH said he would heat the soup up for me.  I did not take any notice when he said this soup is awfully thick, I just told him to put a little extra water in it and it would be fine.  I can honestly say that Savoury mince soup will never be on the menu again.   :-)) :-)) :o

Marie
Had a great chuckle to myself Marie  :D :D :D :D Been there,done that ;)

Great story GF.At least you have spare blades now :D :D :D :D

Oops what have I done (thought this thread was the ideal place to put this photo) :)
This is my caravan I'm accidentally now renovating.

Another feather in your cap Mandi - what a Jack of all trades you are and please do post more photos as it all comes back together.  How long do you expect the renovation to take?

I need to dismantle a bit more before I can start putting it back together unfortunately. I have to have some timber repair done on the frame as there are parts that have been water damaged and rotted over the years (1977 Coronet pop-top caravan)
I'm giving myself a year to complete as it's a complete renovation and I can only work on it when I'm not busy with other commitments.
Poor DH just shakes his head when he comes home and sees a little less of the caravan attached :)

Honey, oatmeal bread  ???

I forgot to put the sugar in and realised when it was rising so I threw it back in and kneaded in the sugar.
Hopefully it will still taste ok.

I feel for you.....I put in a loaf and after about 10mins I could smell something burning. I checked the oven, and I had chosen the wrong oven setting - grill instead of fan forced.
We have both had a bad bread day:(

That's it then - I won't be attempting bread today as it must be No Bake Bread Day  ;D

Uh oh, I have some rising.

My oops is that I wasted half of our cauliflower/broccoli au gratin and it was so nice too. I put it in the microwave last night to reheat and promptly forgot all about it. This morning I was thinking that I didn't have any of it last night.....and then I remembered :'( :'( :-*. It was a fairly warm night here so it went into the bin. I am cross with myself as it was so nice.
