Made two batches of strawberry jam , fig muffins .. they are ok but had to cook them longer as the figs made them too moist, then I made pear and apple chutney. Had to use up figs apples and pears from the garden

KAtie good that you have things growing that you can use.  Even when fruit and veggies are in season, that don’t seem to be cheaper.
I have made the mix for chicken pies. Some will have potato tops and some pastry.

I heard that all vegetables will be expensive because of the floods and drought .

Katie gave me some red capsicums yesterday so I made a double batch of capsicum jam today, the rest I will roast in the air fryer (so easy) and freeze.

Last night DD came for Dinner.  Turned the remaining Chicken pie filling into a potato crust pie.  Made Ratatouille and Spiralised Zuchinni.
Might make Apple pies in Pie Machine.
Feeding up SD starter.

Only dinner here tonight. DD made a lovely cake yesterday. It is a peanut butter cake with Nutella in the middle and a peanut topping on. It smells lovely.

I haven't tasted it Judy, but it certainly smells nice. I will ask her where she found the recipe and share it. I'[m sure she used the thermomix somewhere with it.

I made some cupcakes as the cake tin/biscuit barrel was empty. I saw some interesting 5 seed biscuits on Cookiedoo so I have made those too. I halved the sweetness in them but I think they are going to still be very sweet.

Made 3 dozen sausage rolls, SD loaf, 6 large Apple pies in pie maker and 7 small ones.
Corned beef in SC.
