Beef Rissoles

Beef Rissoles

500 grams beef mince
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 Tablespoon Tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon Mixed herbs
50 grams Bread crumbs
1 Egg beaten
10 grams Worcestershire sauce
10 grams Soy sauce
Salt & pepper

Directions

Chop garlic and onion 4 sec speed 7

Combine all ingredients and mix 8 sec speed 6

Roll in to balls (cover with a bit of flour if you like)

The thermomix is such an easy way to mix meatballs.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I'm not sure if they are kid friendly. I made them for a BBQ a few weeks ago and the kids ate sausages (my daughters favourite unfortunately). The rissoles were loved by the adults and super easy to make  :)
