My favorite cuisine is the mysterious meal that all my family will eat and enjoy. Until I work out exactly what that is then my pick is Italian. A beautiful tender veal scallopini with a refreshing gelato to finish.

My favourite cuisine is Thai because I love the balance between hot, sour and spicy. I also love a good curry.

Thanks to Alyce and the Forum TMX for these wonderful competitions. As suggested by Cookie1 earlier, I could certainly do with this book as I am only using my tmx once every two to three weeks (at best)

My favourite cuisine is also Thai - I lived there for 4 years and love everything about it - people are kind and happy, Bangkok vibrant and exciting, beaches wonderful . And the food is always fresh and full of flavour!!! Thai's are the ultimate foodies, quite happy to travel for an hour to find the 'best' dish - even if there is someone selling the same thing across the street!
