altering recipes
« on: October 08, 2013, 06:14:22 am »
Could someone please help me out with suggestions on how to adapt an "ordinary" recipe, to one I can use in the thermomix?  I have also been given a new gluten free bread mix which is supposed to be REALLY great, and wonder if I just follow the method used in the TM recipe book, or ...........
Any advice would be much appreciated. :-[

Janet, here's an early thread with some hints which may help.
The easiest way is to find a similar recipe in one of the books or here on the forum and once you have converted your first one, you will want to do more - it becomes addictive and you will get to the stage where you look at a recipe in a non-Thermomix book or magazine and in your mind you will be adapting it for the TMX.

Hi Janet, I wonder if it would be possible for you to post the gluten free bread recipe when you have worked it out. Thanks
